Shadow work is not about digging into old wounds. There is no need to go searching. The next step of your awakening has already arrived. It is here, right now, in this very moment. The process has begun and it has brought you to my website.

We don’t “enter the shadows” to find more freedom. It’s more about being ready to admit they’re there.

Shadows are the parts of ourselves we’ve rejected. When we bring them into the light of our love and awareness we reclaim more of who we are. We gain strength, presence and clarity.

Spiritual growth often feels uncomfortable, exciting and confusing all at once. I know what it is like to stand in that space and not know what will come next.

You do not have to figure it out or have all the answers. Healing arises when you feel fully seen, safe and supported.
My work is to hold the space and a mirror for you as you meet yourself fully. Your role is to keep showing up with authenticity and presence, even when it stings.

The trial session fee (£88) is subtracted from the full 3-month coaching program if you decide to continue.
