About the Transmissions

My transmissions are guided meditations in English that also include light language for energetic activation, attunement, and healing. They arise through channelling and cosmic co-creation, allowing supportive higher frequencies and intelligences to come through in service of your journey.

No prior experience with meditation, energy work, or light language is needed. I release two new transmissions every week. With a monthly subscription, you get full access to the entire library including new releases.

During a transmission, you simply listen with headphones in a relaxed, meditative state. There is nothing you need to “do” or understand with the mind. The frequencies and light codes communicate directly with your energetic system in the way that is most supportive for you.

Each experience is unique, but people often report feelings of deep peace, expansion, emotional release, clarity, or subtle energetic shifts.

Your only role is to relax and receive.
